Comfort Inn - Hamilton

Beds were very comfy and staff were friendly breakfast had good options like oatmeal muffins and yogurt but it was often crowded with not enough seating

No complimentary water bottles made us go to the reception

Thoroughly enjoyed recently refurbished and cosy rooms.

Quiet hotel, it was worth its 3 stars.

The staff is accommodating and exceptional, an absolute asset to this the place.

Unpleasant smell upon arrival!!! Quite noisy during the night!!! Ground level rooms potentially compromised in privacy!!!

Modern, recently renovated units provided with fridge and very comfortable beds. A great selection of great food at breakfast time. Marvellous and convenient location close to a major mall, good eateries, the Stoney Creek Battlefield Monument and Park and a drug store, convenient check-in.

The rooms were spotless and modern with fairly clean bathrooms. They provide a bagged breakfast with a lot of options. Great service, though a few employees were poor:)))

While visiting Hamilton for a wedding, I had a good experience during my two-night stay. I really appreciated that the breakfast area was well-stocked and had a variety of tasty options. The cleanliness of the room stood out, and the compact bathroom was surprisingly adequate. It was also nice to see a good number of staff present during breakfast, which contributed to a lively atmosphere.

The room was clean and provided the basic comforts for the price charged. It had numerous restaurants around and was close to the highway.

The hotel absolutely reeks of smoke! Even though there are non-smoking rooms, smoke seems to be in all of the walls so you are completely overwhelmed by the smell of smoke when you walk in. The walls are also very thin, so you can hear every noise in the hallway.

Inexpensive with comfy beds and nice breakfast choices.

Friendly staff. Continental breakfast in the morning. Quick check-in. Free parking. Fridge in our room. 2 windows in room. Great location for our travels. Great rate.

Drapes were not wide enough to cover the windows...so the light from the "comfort inn" sign was pouring through our room at night. our room was located by the stairs so we could hear noisy people entering the hotel...all night long.

The so-called 'patio' was just a sad little slab of concrete, opening to a busy sidewalk, not at all private. I also felt really neglected since i asked for a room upgrade and no one seemed to care. I mean, at least the breakfast was decent, but it doesn't make up for all the inconveniences i faced.

Stall was excellent.

I had to complain about the toilet every day. The house keeping did not leave me more shampoo when I was out. Did not have the wireless internet every day.

It's a motel,what else can be said....It was clean,quiet. A bit pricey at $112+tax......more of the $79-$89 variety.
